We hope you LOVE your new fiber find, but just in case you don't, please contact me for return arrangements. Items must be unused and uncaked and returns must be requested within 30 days of shipment delivery. We try very hard to state all information regarding our products online, therefore, there should be no surprises when your items are received, barring any damage during shipping. That being said, the cost of shipping your return is the responsibility of the customer unless your item is damaged upon receipt.
