SHIPPING

Pre-orders ship within the estimated time given for each pre-order. Shipping times will vary. Orders are shipped via USPS and are insured for protection. UPS can be requested for international orders. Items marked Ready to Ship will ship within 2-3 days.

We offer shipping to the US and Canada and are working on expanding our shipping areas.

RETURNS

We hope you LOVE your new fiber find, but just in case you don't, please contact me.

If you have ordered from a PRE-ORDER then those skeins are yours. I cannot accept a return for them. We try very hard to state all information regarding our products online, therefore, there should be no surprises when your items are received, barring any damage during shipping. If an item is lost or damaged- please contact USPS and Salty Blonde Fiber and we will help get the issue resolved. Each USPS package is insured.
